NOE SHIPPING AGENCY is a company that began its operations in the market in 1998 as a shipping agency. Our company is the party representing the ship’s owner and charterer (the Principal) in port. The shipping agent is responsible for arranging a berth, all required port, and husbandry services, looking after the needs of the Master and crew, clearing the ship with the port and other authorities, preparation and submission of appropriate documentation, along with releasing or receiving cargo on behalf of the Principal.
Noe Shipping Agency is responsible for dealing with the competent authorities, the required certificates and documentation for the arrival and departure of national or foreign vessels.
The company headquarters is located in Guayaquil, Ecuador.

SERVICES

Reception and departure of ships of Ecuadorian and foreign flags, in Manta, Guayaquil, Libertad, and Galapagos Islands ports.

Permissions of arrival and departure of vessels, inside and outside of the country, managed under SPTMF or Ecuador Customs (SENAE) as the case may be.

Vessel's registration

Advising Customs of the ship’s arrival and reporting the cargo on board

Submitting information on the crew and any passengers to the local immigration authorities

Load Line Certificate

Tonnage Certificate

Drawing up the documents for the customs and harbor services

Arranging for the necessary ship fresh water/provisions

Damage control plans and booklets approvals
